Over the summer we were hard at work at the CIPA care home in Niederanven. With plenty of paint, brushes, ladders and fun, we brightened up the site hoarding behind the building to give residents a colourful view during the extension works. They can now follow the scouting journey from the Biber right through to the Rovers. We hope they enjoy our artwork as much as we do!

10 photosSpring clean
On 28 March, our municipality came together for the annual spring clean (“Fréijoersbotz”) organised by the Niederanven environmental committee. Residents collected litter across the municipality and dropped it off at a dedicated drive-in. Our leaders helped sort the collected waste, and our young members had already been out cleaning up nature the day before — because a Scout always leaves a place cleaner than they found it.

The weekend of 2 and 3 October was a busy one for our group with the annual Montée. It kicked off on Friday evening with our new CaraPio out and about in the municipality. Saturday afternoon was all about the four elements for our youngest members, who completed a series of fun stations to earn their Wëllefcher neckerchiefs. In the evening, our new AvEx took on a forest sports olympiad in Senningerberg and earned their new AvEx neckerchiefs!
