🥾 Iron Scout 2026 – 65 km in 24 hours

Once again this year, our CaraPio and Rovers took on this challenge and completed the demanding route around the Upper Sûre Lake in style. 💪🏼

For extra motivation along the way, they were sponsored by family and friends. Over €33,000 was raised this year for the FAWE Project – Girls’ Education in Madagascar, supported by Nadiezhda asbl 🩷

➡️ Between the eight of them, they walked nearly 500 kilometres in total. What an achievement — we are so proud of them! 🥰

The festive season is just around the corner! 🌟 The Niederanven Scouts warmly invite you to their Advent market on 29 November 2025 at the scout chalet in Senningerberg (Bëschhaus, 33 Breedewues, L-1259 Senningerberg). On the programme: from 11:00 🍴 food and drinks in a festive atmosphere and 🛍️ our traditional shop with Advent wreaths in many colours and handmade Christmas decorations; at 15:00 🥳 dance performance by our Biber and Wëllefcher; from 16:00 to 18:00 🎶 live music with the Body+Soul Jazz Band. Our CaraPio spent their summer camp at Lake Titisee this year. 🚤 Even when the weather had other plans, they had a fantastic time together 😎

For a whole week, our Wëllefcher were stranded in the magical world of Mystaria (Strassen). Working together across countless activities, they powered up the portal home again. Old friendships were strengthened and new ones made at this national camp bringing together Cub Scouts from across the country. A huge thank-you to everyone involved — from the organisers and kitchen team to first aid and every volunteer — for an unforgettable camp 🧚🍄⚜️

🦫 Our Biber are back from a wonderful camp in Mondorf! Together with the mouse, wild boar, squirrel, ant and owl, they experienced exciting stories and learned all about scouting values ⚜️🧭

Yesterday at Neihaischen, our Chief Scout Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume was awarded the Bronze Wolf, the highest distinction in the world Scout movement. 🐺 We are honoured to have been part of this special moment! ⚜️

🎉 JoCaPi 2025 in Niederanven — what a party! 🥳 Around 150 CaraPio and their leaders made their way to Senningerberg to celebrate our group’s 40th birthday with us! 🎂 Across eight themed party stations, teams put their spirit and skills to the test. 💪🤩 A huge thank-you to all our members and our Amicale for making this special day possible! ⚜️

🇳🇴🏔️ Niederanven was represented at Roverway in Norway from 22.07 to 01.08.2024 by one of our Rovers, Louis. The first part of the camp was a five-day, 70 km expedition around the Hardangerjøkul glacier, before all participants gathered at a campsite near Stavanger for a memorable celebration together. 🤩 #roverway2024 #norway

Last week our Wëllefcher were at camp in Achtelsbach, where they helped Pirate Nora repair her ship so it could set sail again. 🏴‍☠️🐺

Our Biber went to camp in Sanem and completed their detective training with plenty of enthusiasm and fun 🕵️‍♂️☀️⚜️

🍦 Hostert Fair 2024 ☀️

🍃 Last weekend our Wëllefcher took part in Bealtaine, enjoying great workshops and games. They had a wonderful time and are already looking forward to the next edition 🤩

💪🏼 On Sunday our CaraPio competed at JoCaPi in Dudelange. They gave it their all in the games and challenges and brought home the trophy! 🏆🥳 Next year JoCaPi will be hosted right here in Senningerberg — we cannot wait! ⚜️😁

🐺 Our Wëllefcher took part in today’s Cub Scout rally, organised this year by the Cents Scouts. 👏🏼 On a great route through the city, we discovered new places and played plenty of exciting games! 🤩

🌳 This Saturday, a tree was planted for our mayor in the presence of local clubs and associations. 🤩 We were delighted to take part as Scouts and hope Fréd enjoys his new tree decorated by our children and leaders! ⚜️
