The method
At this age, the desire for independence grows strongly. With the support of their leaders, young people organise their own programme, choosing and preparing their activities themselves. Shared decision-making, responsibility and commitment take centre stage.
It is about developing an independent outlook on life, respecting one another and taking responsibility.
